Welcome to FeeSathi ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (feesathi.in) and our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Purpose of the Platform

FeeSathi is a cloud-based educational and institutional management platform designed for schools, coaching centers, tutors, teachers, students, and parents. Our services include:

• Automated student fee collection, monthly rollover, and digital receipt generation.
• Attendance tracking, timetable routines, and institutional circulars/notices.
• Staff management, payroll processing, and multi-role operational access.
• Interactive Study Hub with NEP 2020-aligned syllabi, previous year questions (PYQs), and lecture coordination.
• Live class sessions, digital notes distribution, and educational quizzes.

3. User Roles and Account Responsibilities

FeeSathi provides dedicated workspaces for different stakeholders:

• Institutes & Administrators: Responsible for maintaining accurate institute profile details, student rosters, and fee structures.
• Teachers & Staff: Responsible for professional conduct during live sessions, accurate attendance marking, and authorized use of educational tools.
• Students & Parents: Expected to use learning materials responsibly and maintain secure access to their login credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fee Payments and Billing

FeeSathi provides technological interfaces for institutes to record and collect academic fees via integrated digital payment gateways (including UPI, Net Banking, and Cards). FeeSathi facilitates receipt generation and fee ledgers on behalf of the institute. Any tuition refund policies, fee exemptions, or dispute resolutions remain strictly between the student/parent and the registered educational institute.

5. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

All software, brand logos, user interfaces, algorithms, and proprietary system designs are the intellectual property of FeeSathi. Curriculum outlines, chapter summaries, and textbooks referenced on the platform comply with educational fair use standards under NEP 2020 and respective state board educational guidelines.

6. Student Safety and Responsible Use

We are dedicated to maintaining a safe learning environment. Users agree not to:

• Upload or transmit abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate educational content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to institute databases or student records.
• Disrupt live classes, exams, or institutional communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

FeeSathi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime and reliable cloud synchronization, FeeSathi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet disruptions, third-party payment gateway failures, or incorrect data entered by institute administrators.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of FeeSathi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
